Lets take a look at how to use your subscription plan effectively

How do I access my account?

Click the ‘Log in’ button at the top right of the page and follow the prompts to log into your subscription account.

Where can I see my order history?

Once you’re logged into your account, you can see a complete history of your orders, their payment and fulfillment status and the cart total for that order on the front page of your profile.

How do I update my subscription?

On your account page, click the ‘See more details’ button. This will take you to your active subscriptions, when your next order will be shipped and the frequency of the order. You can then click the ‘See More Details’ button located on each subscription package you have active to update that package specifically.

How do I update my order frequency?

On the subscription package page, located at manage subscription > see more details, you will find a ‘Order frequency’ block that allows you to see the current order frequency. From here you can click the ‘Edit frequency’ button to edit how frequently you would like to receive this package.

How do I skip or reschedule a subscription?

On your subscription package page, located at manage subscriptions > see more details, you will find 3 tabs called ‘Upcoming’, ‘Fulfillments’ and ‘History’. Click on the ‘Fulfillments’ tab to see your current and future orders. From here you can click on ‘Skip Fulfillment’ to skip that months order, or click ‘Reschedule’ if you need to change the date the order will be fulfilled.

How do I Update my shipping and payment details?

On your subscription package page, located at manage subscriptions, scroll down on the right side to the product shipping info or payment details sections. Simply click 'Edit' and you will have full access to update your shipping information or payment details.
