Barùkas Brazilian Hummus

Ingredients:

100 grams of white beans
Juice of 1 large lemon
1 medium-sized cooked and without central veins manioc
50g of tahini paste
2-3 large roasted garlic
40g of Barùkas

Preparation: Blend all ingredients until homogenized. Put the mixture in a bowl. Salt and olive oil to taste. Add Barùkas on top of the mixture. ENJOY!!!
