Ingredients:
- 100 grams of white beans
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- 1 medium-sized cooked and without central veins manioc
- 50g of tahini paste
- 2-3 large roasted garlic
- 40g of Barùkas
Preparation: Blend all ingredients until homogenized. Put the mixture in a bowl. Salt and olive oil to taste. Add Barùkas on top of the mixture. ENJOY!!!
