Powdered ginger, turmeric, smoked paprika, sweet paprika, cinnamon, dried lemon, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garam masala, cumin, coriander grains, and lemon pepper
How to prepare:
- Toast the white sesame until golden, and let it cool in a cold container.
- Put the baru flour, herbs, salt, and spices in a blender and blend until the herbs are powdered.
- Shake the blender if necessary to facilitate this process.
- Add the sesame and beat until it turns to powder as well.
- If necessary, pass through a sieve to remove larger pieces.
- TIP: Store in a closed glass container. Valid for six months.
- We always use ginger and turmeric because of their digestive and anti-inflammatory features and play with other ingredients at home.
