Barùkas Butter Recipe

Our most requested recipe! This Barùkas Butter is delicious and has all of the nutritional benefits of Barùkas Nuts.


  • 2 cups of Barùkas Nuts
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla powder
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon


  1. Place Barùkas Nuts in a food processor for 5-10 mins, breaking up the mass and scraping sides of processor as needed
  2. Add half of your 1/4 cup of coconut oil and continue to process
  3. Once it’s more of a butter consistency, add vanilla, cinnamon and remaining oil and pulse until smooth

Alt method: place all in a blender starting at low speed and increase speed slowly until smooth
