You'll need:
- ½ chopped onions
- A small piece of kabocha squash chopped
- 1/2 cup of cooked chickpea
- 1/3 cup of peeled Barùkas
- 1 tablespoon of garam masala powder
- 150ml of coconut milk
- Lemon juice to taste
- Chop cilantro to taste
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
- In a pan sauté the onions and the kabocha squash
- Add the garam masala powder and sauté the mix for a couple of minutes
- Stir in the chickpeas, baru nuts, salt, and coconut milk, and stir well
- Add cilantro and lemon juice to taste.
