- 2 cups of Barùkas nuts
- 20 medjool dates
- 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- Sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- Soak dates in hot water for 10 minutes
- Process dates in a food processor, add sweetener and cacao powder
- Add the nuts but don’t over-process so as to leave some crunch
- Roll into balls and roll into sesame seeds
- Refrigerate, share & enjoy!!!
