Ingredients:
- 50g coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 2 cups coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 large apples peeled and diced
- Half lemon juice
- 1 cinnamon stick BarĂ¹kas nuts
- Optional: chocolate
Preparation:
- Mix apples, cinnamon, and lemon and simmer for a few minutes until the fruit is tender.
- Beat the mixture in your mini processor until puree and let cool.
- In a bowl, combine coconut flour, salt, baking powder, and coconut sugar. Reserve.
- Add the coconut oil and add the egg and apple puree.
- Mix until smooth and add dry ingredients, mixing until incorporated.
- Add the chocolate and BarĂ¹kas nuts and mix to distribute well in the dough.
- With two spoons, take portions of dough and pour them into a pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180º and bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden on the edges.
