Barukas Brownie

100g of demerara sugar
80g of brown sugar
1/3 cup coconut oil
30g of cocoa
200ml of coconut milk
150g of melted dark chocolate
50g of dark chocolate in cubes
100g of chopped Barùkas nuts
160g of flour
Salt to taste

Preheat the oven to 390°  
Melt the chocolate over a water bath. In a bowl, add the coconut oil, the coconut milk, the cocoa, the salt, and all sugar, and blend well.
Add the flour, then the chopped Barùkas, and the chocolate in cubes.

Pour the mix into a brownie bar pan and put it in the oven until it is ready (the edges need to be firm, and the center still soft).

Let the brownie cool off before removing it from the baking pan.
