Ingredients:
- 10-15g hibiscus leaves
- 30g unsalted Barukas
- Coconut sugar - to taste
- Salt - a pinch
- Ginger - a little piece
- Chia - 1 tablespoon
Preparation:
Boil the water, turn off the heat, add hibiscus flowers, and let it rest. As it cools, clean the ginger and add chia seeds to some water to hydrate. When the tea is cooled, add it to the blender with ginger, Barukas, coconut sugar to taste, and a pinch of salt. Mix and sieve. Add hydrated chia seeds. Now just enjoy!
